Customer Service

Companies in today's world have no concept of customer service...

Let me give u a quick example.....

My "play" auntie recently had a incident and I just had to share....

Auntie wanted to change her cable company....well more like my uncle wanted to change it so in true wifey holdin down the house fashion....he asked her to get it done....

So she calls out the new company....sets up an appointment with them to come out and install the new equipment.....

The gentlemen came out....installed everything....then...when my auntie asked to get a break down and some lessons on the new equipment....she then discovered there was a slight language barrier and a heavy accent....so after going in circles for 20mins and still not fully understanding the gentlemen....auntie decided she would just look through the manuel and call if she had any major issues....

Fast-Forward 24 hours...and my uncle stops us in the morning and asks us to look out into his yard.....so we do....and what are we looking at...well...let me tell you...we are looking at the brand new...shiny...cable line....thick...black and ready to give my aunt and uncle all the tennis and golf their retired hearts could desire BUT....we are looking at it...connected to the cable box up the street, then strung across one side of their lawn....across their driveway....then across the other side of their lawn....which I must add is a fairly large lawn and around the side of their house to the cable box connected to the house itself....

Wait....What...???....

And the best part is that the tech actually planned to leave it that way and my auntie actually had to call them to come back out and bury the line....

SMH...when did it become ok to give paying customers blatant poor service and not blink an eye....not think twice for one min....

Crazy....
